Being helathy is one of the most important thing that we all tend to neglect !
Let me pull out this example: You have a brand new porshe, you go to the gas stattion and instead of putting some gasoline with 10% ethanol you put the cheapest fuel or whatever. You car first sight won’t give all of its power while you’re wunning it and the it will finally end by breaking out the engine. Same here with your Body. Imagine it as a car and the way way feed yourself is your gasoline. The sport will do every morning will be your maintenance (for the porshe) and sleep will be the break time.
We all need a certain amount of nutrient everyday, and certain number of hours of sleep and some sport to let you being active during the day. Whithout any of those things, your Body will be unbalanced and this will be expressed by a lack of something. For example you won’t be able to resolve a math problem as long as you were use to the last days.. etc
When you run in the morning, you create that success in yourself. Where others are sleeping you are building up your mind and make it stronger and cleaner. This is a good preparation to success. The goal here is to understand that you have to do a step forward each time. Remember this:
you have 24 hours to give all your best… Think as if everyday was unique and single separate days. It is good to keep track of how you are doing because you always want to make sure you are progressing. If you can do do it while doing sport in the morning then you will easily be able and be likely to apply in everything in your life or business. So you know, waking up in the morning around 6h or 6h30 am max is already a huge step. No matter what is you pace during the run but as said just before make sure everything you are making progress, not too much but at least a little bit, don’t worry you have your time…
