Ownership is a great tool to empower each member of the team to know few things but know it very well, so when it comes to solving issues or undertaking new requirements you have full understanding of the scope of it and having the ability to make relevant decisions or suggestions
Be approachable, helpful, resourceful enough so anyone feel comfortable to come to you
Company is a fun and very collaborative environment; Learning to communicate, work out challenges in a team, respect each other perceptions, and making people feel comfortable with your personality is key.
It takes some time to get used to an environment but after some time and working experience this process has became smoother and successful
Be flexible and open minded to learn new language and rapidly adapt yourself to complete the requirement
As the industry evolves new technologies are required to keep the organization up to date with new trends in this competitive market so it is very important to stay open minded to learn those new skills and adapt yourself quickly to achieve the new requirements.
I stay up to date by very frequently going to conferences, meetups, reading blogs and articles.
Know how to work with the team, bring ideas and work out the challenges
In a team everyone thinks differently, have different visions and want to achieve different things. The challenge is to bring all these great ideas to focus onto the main thing, which is how to get the requirement done.
It was a bit challenging in the beginning requiring some time and effort, but everyone was successful in helping and supporting each other to get to know how to be very productive as a team. This goal is definitely met.

PART 2
Learning, it is key for my position to stay up to date with new strategies, problem solving, technologies, and technologies updates. As company evolves, new technologies are being introduced for developments, knowing how to deal with it and applying best code practice would be needed.
Communication and resourceful. As we go through the year it will be important to be as much resourceful as possible to start empowering other part of the team on how to better operate on our new platform to achieve anything they would like. This will require mastery of the platform and ability to communicate it.
